End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Tahfiz ("we", "us", "our") grants you ("you", "your") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Tahfiz application on your compatible device in accordance with this EULA.

2. Restrictions

• No Modification: You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• No Redistribution: You may not redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the app or any portion of it.
• No Commercial Use: Any commercial use of the app or its components is prohibited without our explicit written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the app, including all related intellectual property rights, are owned by us, unless part of Public Domain or components we have defined our in Acknowledgements.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limits of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
